My DVR is not showing the backup. I have all the recordings on the hard disk, but Tevicom DVR software is not showing the backup. How to solve the problem?

In order to fix the issues, I suggest you uninstall the DVR utility (Control Panel > Uninstall a program) and install it again. If it doesn't help, use [email protected] email address to get in touch with Tevicom Support team and ask for a Tevicom DVR Client update.

To open the backup file, start the application then create another backup. Locate it on the hard driver, then use the file you want to open and place it next to the other backups. Restart the application and the backup file will be available in the list ready to be viewed. Additionally, consult the Help menu (or file in the installation directory).
